On-demand is 1 color shirts only? Yes! We have to keep it simple to keep it working.

Can my store have multi-color shirts? We can do multi-color shirts, we just need to print those in bulk and hold the inventory – so there is an upfront cost. 

Can my store have other products? Yes it can, but we’ll need to print or order those items in bulk and hold the inventory – so there is an upfront cost.  

What does it cost to host a custom page? It’s a one-time $150 setup fee - that covers your site and the first 4 products you list. No monthly fee. 

What if I want more than 4 products? No problem! It’s $100 per product after that.

When and how do I get paid? We cut checks once a month if your earnings are $25 or more.

Can I see sales reports? Yep! We send reports at $1K+ in profit. Below that? Just ask.

What if my site goes quiet? After 4 months of no sales, your site will be paused. Products = “out of stock” and screens are reclaimed. You can bring it back for a $50 reactivation fee

How long does production take? Typically about 2 weeks after quote and art approval. 

Need it faster? Rush options are available! We’ll bump you to the front of the line (for an added fee).

Can I add shirts after approving everything? Technically, yes. Changes after approval may delay production and will affect pricing.

Do quantities combine if I have multiple designs? Nope. Each design is its own job. Example: 36 shirts of Design A and 60 of Design B are priced separately.

How many colors can I get screen printed? Up to 8! But more colors means a higher cost per shirt. But there are other options for doing more colors. 

To create a quote, we need 3 things:
- Your estimated budget, 
- Your anticipated order quantity, and
- Your in-hands deadline.

Things that slow the process down:
- Slow approvals, 
- Last-minute changes, or 
- Holidays and Peak Seasons. 

How long does production take for other in-house items? Like shirts, we can get most things wrapped up in about 2 weeks.

What about items made outside RAYGUN? Timing varies. Some are fast, others (like embroidery or specialty items) take longer.

What’s the pricing based on? Starting prices are listed, but things like quantity, color count, and decoration method can affect the final cost. Reach out for a quote!

Are hats tricky? A little! Most are embroidered, which requires digitizing art and thread count math. Slower process, different setup.

Do you offer mugs and drinkware? Definitely! We’ve got pints, mugs, bottles, tumblers - you name it. Just let us know what you're looking for.

What takes the longest? Socks and enamel pins. Plan for 5+ weeks on those. 

Are these the prices regardless of product brand? No, these are prices based on some of the lower cost items for each. 

What’s this setup fee? That covers the time it takes to prep your art and create screens for printing. This fee is applied to every order. 

Will I need to pay a design fee? Only for heavier lifting - like original concepts or complex layouts. Basic tweaks are free.

Do you ship? Yep! We can ship to you or to one of our stores at market rates. Or you can pick up at our Des Moines warehouse to avoid shipping costs.

Is there an upcharge for extended sizes? Yes - sizes 2XL and up typically cost about $3 more per size, due to blank garment pricing.

Can you do custom neck labels? We can! Details vary, so just reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

Can you print RAYGUN’s union bug on our merch? Yes! If you'd like our union bug included, we’re happy to print it at no extra cost.

What if inventory doesn’t sell? If your bulk-printed product (that you paid for) doesn’t sell for 4 months, we will send it to you.
